Cooking reference:


Casserole/cast iron pot/regular pot:
1. Blanch beef (optional)
2. Add 500ml of water, add the beef, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
3. Add onions, carrots, potatoes and simmer for 20 minutes
4. Add curry cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes
5. Plate and serve hot

Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot
1. Blanch beef (optional)
2. Put beef and potatoes, carrots, onions, and curry cubes into a pot, add 300ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 15-20 minutes (set the time according to the degree of softness you like)
4. If there is a lot of soup, use the Saute function, open the lid and cook for 3-8 minutes to collect the juice
5. Plate and serve hot

Thermomix ( Thermomix )
1. Blanch beef (optional)
2. Add 500g water, beef and cook at 120°C/speed 0.5 for 20 minutes
3. Add potatoes, carrots, onions and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C/speed 0.5
4. Add curry cubes and cook for 3-5 minutes at 100°C/speed 0.5
5. Plate and serve hot
