Cooking reference:

Casserole/iron pot/ordinary pot:

1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Add 10 grams of edible oil and sauté base, sauté until fragrant
3. Add duck and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Put all the ingredients, seasoning sauce, add 500ml of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes
6. Open the lid to collect the juice to your liking
7. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot


Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot

1. Blanch duck meat (optional)
2. Put the duck meat and ingredients, seasoning sauce into the pot, add 100 ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 20 minutes
4. If there is a lot of soup, you can use the frying function, open the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes to collect the juice
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot


Thermomix

1. Blanch duck meat (optional)
2. Put 10g food oil and saute base into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Add duck and seasoning packet into mixing bowl, add 200g water, cook 5 min/120°C/speed
4. Then cook for 30 minutes/Varoma/speed (you can open the lid of the main pot to achieve the effect of collecting juice)
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot
