Cooking Reference:

1. Blanch the meat (optional)

5. Reduce heat to simmer for 20 minutes

1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Put the meat and seasoning package, seasoning juice into the pot, add 100ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 15 minutes
4. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot

1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Put 10g cooking oil and saute base into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Add meat and seasoning packets to mixing bowl, cook 0 min/120°C/speed
4. Cook again at 25 min/Varoma/speed
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot
