1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Add 10g cooking oil and sauté base, sauté until fragrant
3. Add meat and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Put all the seasoning packets, seasoning juice, add 300 ml of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Turn to low heat and cook for 15 minutes, add green pepper cubes and shiitake mushrooms, cook for 2 minutes
6. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot

1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Put the meat and seasoning packets, seasoning juice into the pot, add 50 ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 10 minutes, add green pepper cubes and mushrooms, sauté for 2 minutes

2. Put 10g cooking oil and saute base into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Add meat and seasoning packets to mixing bowl, cook 0 min/120°C/speed
4. Cook again 20 min/Varoma/speed, add green pepper cubes and shiitake mushrooms and cook 3 min/Varoma/speed
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot
