Cooking reference:

Casserole/cast iron pot/regular pot:
1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Add 10g cooking oil and sauté base, sauté until fragrant
3. Add meat and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Put all the seasoning packets, seasoning juice, add 600ml of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes

Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot
1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Meat and seasoning packet, seasoning sauce into the pot, add 500ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 15 minutes
4. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot

Thermomix ( Thermomix )
1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Put 10g cooking oil and saute base into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Add meat and seasoning packet to mixing bowl, 600ml water, cook 10 min/120°C/speed
4. Then cook at 15 minutes/Varoma/speed (you can open the lid of the main pot to achieve the effect of collecting juice)
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot
