Main Ingredients: Broiler chicken, shallots, green peppers, shallots, ginger


Cooking reference:


Casserole/cast iron pot/regular pot:
1. Blanch broiler chicken (optional)
2. Add 10 grams of cooking oil and sauté base, sauté shallots until fragrant
3. Add broiler chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Put in the seasoning sauce, add 300ml of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes
6. Add bell peppers, stir fry for 2 minutes
7. Plate, sprinkle with cilantro or green onion, and serve hot

Pressure Cooker / Instant Pot
1. Blanch broiler chicken (optional)
2. Broiler chicken, shallots and seasoning packet, seasoning sauce into the pot, add 50 ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 10 minutes
4. Add green peppers, stir evenly, use the Saute function, open the lid and cook for 3-5 minutes to collect the juice
5. Plate, sprinkle with cilantro or green onion, and serve hot

Thermomix
1. Blanch the meat (optional)
2. Put 10g cooking oil, saute base and shallots into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Add broiler chicken and seasoning packet to mixing bowl, cook 5 min/120°C/speed
4. Cook again at 15 min/Varoma/speed
5. Add green peppers and cook 2 min/Varoma/speed
6. Plate, sprinkle with cilantro or green onion, and serve hot
