1. Chicken pieces blanched (optional)
2. Add 10g cooking oil and sauté base, sauté until fragrant
3. Add chicken pieces and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Put in taro cubes, seasoning packet, add 500ml of water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes

3. Press for 15 minutes
