Cooking Reference:


Casserole/cast iron pot/regular pot:
1. Pork Ribs Blanched (Optional)
2. Add 10 grams of cooking oil and sauté base, sauté until fragrant
3. Add ribs and stir fry for 3 minutes
4. Add vegetables, seasoning juice, add 500ml of water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes on high heat
5. Reduce heat to simmer for 35 minutes
6. Open the lid to collect the juice to your liking
7. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot


Pressure cooker
1. Pork Ribs Blanched (Optional)
2. Put ribs, vegetables, and seasoning juice into the pot, add 100ml of water, mix well
3. Press for 25 minutes
4. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot


Thermomix
1. Pork Ribs Blanched (Optional)
2. Put 10g cooking oil and saute base into mixing bowl, sauté 3 min/120°C/speed 1
3. Put the ribs, vegetables and seasoning packet into the mixing bowl, cook 5 min/120°C/speed
4. Add 100ml of water, cook at 30min/Varoma/speed
5. Put on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds or green onion, and enjoy while hot
